As an end-of-life doula, my work is rooted in presence, reflection, and meaningful connection. I have the privilege of supporting individuals and families during deeply important moments—creating space to be heard, to reflect, and to honor what matters most.
I am professionally trained by the International End-of-Life Doula Association (INELDA) and have been an active hospice volunteer since 2021. I was honored to receive the Volunteer of the Year Award for my service to patients and their families.
Through this work, I have witnessed the quiet power of storytelling—how reflecting on a life can bring clarity, connection, and a sense of peace.
This is what led me to create the Eternal Crossings journals.
As an author, I design guided journals that offer a space to capture life stories, preserve memories, and create meaningful keepsakes. Each journal is thoughtfully designed to invite reflection and allow stories to unfold naturally.
I am also certified in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy and Advanced Past Life Regression through the International Association for Counselors & Therapists (IACT), with additional training in Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy. This work is centered on helping individuals access their own inner awareness and insight.
Across all of my work, the intention is the same—
to create space for reflection,
to honor each person’s story,
and to support connection in a meaningful way.
